Beaver wins a Thriller over South Park

On Friday the Beaver Bobcats won a back and forth game over the South Park Eagles. From the start of the game the offenses were on fire. Both teams scored quick right out of the gates. Leading up to halftime, South Park’s Kaden Kostelnik made a 29 yard field goal to give the eagle the lead heading into halftime. Coming into the second half the Bobcats ran the ball down the field for a touchdown then South Park turned right around and scored. This game basically came down to the fourth quarter. Halfway through the 4th quarter Beaver got a kickoff return for a touchdown which really let the Bobcats start to pull away. To seal the deal for the Bobcats they got two pick sixes which led to a final score of Beaver 49 South Park 23. The next game for Beaver will be away against West Mifflin at 7PM. For South Park they return home to face Avonworth at 7PM.
