Chris Climes commits to Buffalo

On Tuesday, July 9, Chris Climes, a 6’2″, 285-pound defensive tackle from Elizabeth Forward, committed to the University of Buffalo.
Climes, a three-star player, was a force on the defensive side of the ball for Elizabeth Forward, recording 18 sacks, 27 tackles for loss, 45 total tackles, and 3 pass deflections.
He received offers from eight schools including Akron, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Dartmouth, Eastern Michigan, Harvard, Miami of Ohio, and Toledo. He also made two unofficial visits to Pitt and Michigan State.
In his position, Climes was ranked 20th overall in the state according to Rivals.
