It’s no secret that the coaching staff of Howard knows the level of talent in western PA. Coach Brennan Marion is very familiar with the territory, and tonight the Bison scored big as Steel Valley linebacker Todd Hill, West Mifflin DB Parrish Parker and Penn Hills RB Terry “Tank” Smith all committed to play for them.

Hill is a beast of a linebacker, first making waves in the recruitingworld two years ago, helping lead one of the strongest title teams to ever come out of the WPIAL, Steel Valley. Hill chose the Bison over the likes of Cincinnati, Duquesne, RMU, Notre Dame College, Delaware and St Francis.

West Mifflin DB Parrish Parker chose the Bison because “it was my first offer and I never forgot that”. Parrish had an impressive offers list that included Toledo, Buffalo, Eastern Michigan, Ball St, Old Dominion,  RMU, Louisville, Kent St , Bowling Green, Duquesne and St Francis.

They call him “Tank”. Penn Hills running back Terry Smith has a style that is impressive. He isn’t afraid to take on a defender head on. Smith only held one other offer.
