On Friday, Oct. 6 the North Allegheny Tigers traveled to Mt. Lebanon to take on the Blue Devils. The Tigers would go on to win 43-7.

North Allegheny would receive the opening kickoff after winning the coin toss and start out with a false start from the first play of scrimmage. The first snap from scrimmage resulted in a 62-yard rushing touchdown from Tyree Alualu and they would later go for two and be successful.

After an Mt. Lebanon punt the Tigers would go on to drive down the field and cap it off with a 21-yard touchdown pass from QB Logan Kushner to WR/DB Khiryn Boyd to extend the Tiger’s lead to 15-0.

Another three-and-out from the Blue Devils would make for another drive from North Allegheny leading to a 34-yard wheel route receiving touchdown. Pass from QB Logan Kushner to Tyree Alualu for Alualu’s second touchdown of the night to extend the lead to 22-0.

Mt. Lebanon would go on to punt and North Allegheny would drive down the field and into the red zone but later fumble and turn the ball over back to the Blue Devils.

With the Blue Devils drive they would punt out of their own end zone and North Allegheny’s Khiryn Boyd would return it for a 46-yard punt return touchdown for the Tigers.

Another Mt. Lebanon punt to North Allegheny would lead to another Tigers touchdown with a 23-yard passing touchdown from QB Logan Kushner to WR/DB Khyrin Boyd to extend the Tiger’s lead over the Blue Devils 36-0.

Mt. Lebanon QB Pat Smith would throw an interception on the opposing drive to Khyrin Boyd. After a great return, the Tiger’s offense would have a great field position starting at the 13-yard line of the Blue Devils.

That drive would later end with a 6-yard rushing touchdown from RB Liam Flaherty and make the Tigers lead 43-0.

North Allegheny would take a 43-0 lead into the half with Mt. Lebanon receiving the 2nd half kickoff.

Mt. Lebanon would go on to a 3 and out and a North Allegheny’s 3rd quarter interception, the Blue Devils would take a long drive with the running clock and score a 13-yard rushing touchdown. The rushing touchdown would come from RB Fred LaSota.

With the running clock happening the rest of the 4th quarter would result in no points, and the final score would be 43-7 in a North Allegheny victory over the Blue Devils.
