The Prexies of Washington have had some good running backs come through their program. Players like Shai McKenzie and Brian Davis built a tradition that has been carried forward by current running back Dylan Asbury. Last season as a junior Dylan rushed for almost 900 yards on 70+ carries. Doing the math, that’s a pretty nice average that many colleges would love to bring to their programs. West Liberty did just that. Yesterday on twitter Dylan announced he’d be joining the Hilltopper program after his senior season.
“I’ve chosen to further my academic and athletics at west liberty university I am committing because I would like to continue to the pipe line of Washington highschool football players west liberty and to make the program a force in the wviac”
