What are your expectations for your team this year?
I expect our team to keep the tradition going of working hard and competing in every drill and every situation that we practice. They know that through the hard work, good things will happen, the fun stuff happens. I expect our team to compete for a conference championship and a District 9 3A championship.

When your team is on offense, what are the keys to success?
It starts with the big guys up front. All of our confidence and success begins with them. When they do their jobs, then the entire offense can do whatever they can. If that happens, we have to be focused on running the ball hard and catching/completing every pass we through. When the ball is in their hands, they have to have the mentality of scoring every time they touch the ball.

When your team is on defense, what are the keys to success?
Our defensive unit has to communicate early. Once that is set, our defensive line can pin their ears back and go. If that happens, the back 7 can do their jobs more easily, fly to the ball, work hard and have some fun.
