Words from the Coach:
“Jacob is going to be a Junior Offensive and Defensive lineman for the Raiders. Last year, as a Sophomore, Clinger was asked to do a lot. He started at right tackle for our offense and grew tremendously throughout the season, as the game began to slow down for him. He also rotated in wherever we needed him across the defensive line, a position I think he felt more comfortable with. Jacob has the size and strength you can’t teach, and has truly committed himself to the weight room this offseason. It has been enjoyable to watch Jacob mature both physically and mentally this offseason. If he continues to stay committed, the sky is the limit, and he will be a handful for opposing teams this season.”
