Words from the Coach:
“Mason is the most underrated player on our football team but, he is also the most valuable at the same time. A first team all-conference performer in 2022, Mason allows us to play our brand of defense by putting him on an island with our opponent’s best wide receiver. Giving up just one touchdown through the air last year, Mason tallied 30 tackles(3 for loss), 1 interception, and 1 forced fumble. Offensively, Mason hauled in 23 catches for 376 yards, scoring four times. Additionally, he returned 8 total kickoffs and punts and returned two of those 8 to the house.”
