The turning point of the game was the opening drive of the second half. South Border moved down the field into the redzone, looking to narrow the 32-14 margin, only to throw an interception into the endzone. After that, the game was a matter of running the clock for Grant County/Flasher and South Border just incapable of stopping them on long, grueling possessions.
