Comments from the coach: “Mitch is a late bloomer from a football perspective with a huge upside. Up until this fall, he also played basketball and put more of his efforts into that sport. However, he now realizes his potential as an offensive tackle. He has gained 45 lbs since the fall due to his effort in the weightroom and is now 6’7″ 285. He has the frame, natural flexibility, and explosion that are going to pave the way for a great senior season and have attracted significant attention from numerous FBS/FCS coaches”.
