Central League postpones fall sports; Latest in postponements & teams continuing with football this fall, full state fall postponement list included

It’s been nothing but highs and lows for Pennsylvania football programs, players, fans and parents. That roller coaster ride continued last night and today as we’ve seen leagues vote to continue with fall sports while others decided to postpone. Here are the latest:
Last night Plymouth Whitemarsh in District one voted to halt football only and Hanover Area in District 2 voted to put a halt to fall sports.
In District 1, the Suburban One League voted to proceed with fall sports, however, Whitemarsh will not participate in football and Springfield (Montco) and Harry S. Truman abstained from voting while Cheltenham opted not to play.
Also in D1, the Ches Mont league just announced they are moving for a spring season of fall sports. Statement below:
In District 7, Uniontown reversed their decision to postpone fall football and decided to forge ahead and play. This comes on the heals of the Pittsburgh City league voting unanimously to re-enter the fall sports season.
In District 11 news, the Allentown school district voted to participate in fall sports, closing the deal for the Eastern Penn Conference who early this morning released their shortened schedules.

This biggest news came from the Central League in District 1 today as they voted to move to the spring. Teams include Conestoga, Garnet Valley, Harriton, Haverford High, Lower Merion, Marple Newtown, Penncrest, Radnor, Ridley, Springfield, Strath Haven and Upper Darby.
