Riverview East Academy came into the Millersport game scoring 162 points through eight games this season, with a high of forty-four in one of their two wins this season. Millersport came in 0-7 scoring just 66 points and losing their starting quarterback a couple of weeks ago. The smallest crowd I have seen all year would, to their credit stay for the entire contest and cheer for both teams. Though Riverview East had a total of maybe twenty fans they were loud at times.

The Hawks would fly to a 32-0 lead after one period of play. Zamir Frazier hauled in a little swing pass and went 47-yards to open the scoring with a two-point conversion pass from Tyler Banks to Teaon Artist making this an 8-0 game. Jeffrey Walton went 68-yards for the next score followed by another two-point conversion this one was a power run from Isaiah Harris, a 5-9, 225-pound fullback. Banks to Jaiden Coach from 34 yards out and another conversion run by Harris up the score to 24-0. Banks took in a pass and scored from 45-yards out on a play where he was all alone downfield making the score easier than the first three. Harris made this a 32-0 game with another conversion run.

Walton scored from 11-yards out with 7:09 left in the half. Harris made it a 40-0 game with the conversion run. The Lakers had just one player bigger than Harris and one as big, weight-wise. The Lakers never quit in this one they just could not compete with the size and speed and difference they faced. The highlight of the half for the Lakers was Jacob Eiginger stopping Walton for a loss of two.

After being forced to rekick the opening kickoff the Hawks would convert an onside kick leading to a 5-yard touchdown from Walton and another conversion run from Harris. On the ensuing kickoff, Andrew Kronebitter would take the ball to the house from close to 55-yards out making this a 48-6 game, with 7:45 left in the quarter. Walton answered that score with a gut run of 52-yards and another conversion run by Harris made this a 56-6 game. Many of the homeside crowd were saying “really going for two”? The ensuing kickoff hit a Laker up man and Dylan Barrett pounced on it for the Hawks. The Hawks would score two more times in the final frame and again convert both conversions tries to win 72-6. The first of those scores came on a 25-yard run from Harris. The last touchdown came on a 39-yard Walton run.
