Parkland Trojans Defeat Emmaus Hornets During Rivalry Matchup

This week, the Parkland Trojans Traveled down Cedar Crest to face the Emmaus Hornets. The long awaited rivalry game ended with the Trojans walking away with the win. The final score 38-10. In the first quarter, the Trojans started off strong with two touchdowns in the first quarter by Henry Weikel and David Scherb. The Hornets would respond with a field goal in the second quarter, made by George Marmaros. The Trojans would score again before the half was over, making the score at halftime 21-3.

In the second half, Parkland would score two more touchdowns, and a field goal by Andrea Giroudon. The Hornets would score in the 4th quarter to make the score 38-10. In the end, the Hornets would never get enough momentum to catch up to the Trojans, leaving the final score 38-10.
