Butler Golden Tornado 
Head Coach – Eric Christy
2022 Season – 4-7
Key Players Lost – Mac Schnur, Dashawn Cox, Ryan McLister, Declan Dobson, Cooper McTighe, Brock Popovich
Key Players Returning – Nicanor Andrada Jr., Landon Lacey, David Graef, Terrell Holderman, Zane Summerville, Braylon Littlejohn
What to Expect – Butler enters their final season in District X and will look to make another run at a district title after falling to McDowell in 2021 and 2022. The Golden Toronado will need to replace quarterback Mac Schnur, who passed for over 2000 yards and 23 touchdowns. Butler must also replace Dashawn Cox, who led the Tornado in rushing and receiving last season. Butler returns Division-1 prospect Braylon Littlejohn -and tailbacks David Graef and Landon Lacey.
Cathedral Prep Ramblers
Head Coach – Mike Krahe
2022 Season – 8-3
Key Players Lost – Jyree Roberts, DeMario Crawford, John Koshan, Damario Crawford, Benjamin Brzezinski, Xavier Spaulding, Wakeem Page, Camariyon Bridges
Key Players Returning – Jiavani Cooley, LaMonte Fuller, R.J. Roberts Jr., Daniel Oblich, Tyler Haft, Joe Himes, Luke Costello, Dajoure Hollingsworth, Suhtaun Lewis
What to Expect – Cathedral Prep brings back plenty of talent, including Maryland baseball commit Luke Costello, who passed for over 1200 yards and 15 touchdowns. Tailbacks Dajoure Hollingsworth and Suhtaun Lewis return after rushing for a combined total of over 1,500 yards and 23 touchdowns in 2022. The Ramblers will need to replace Division-1 recruits Jyree Roberts and DeMarion Crawford – but bring two Division-1 prospects in Jiavani Cooley and LaMonte Fuller. Cathedral Prep will look to make another run at a state championship after falling 21-14 to Pine-Richland in last year’s semifinal.
Erie Royals
Head Coach – Andre Henderson
2022 Season – 1-9
Key Players Lost – Akil Dixon, Sidney Campbell, Khazier Noble
Key Players Returning – Adrien Tate, Amari Farmer, Cam Barnes, Tajhae Thomas, Keon Sommerville
What to Expect – Erie will look to improve from their 1-9 season in 2022. Underclassman Adrien Tate, Amari Farmer, Cam Barnes, Tajhae Thomas, and Keon Sommerville will look to lead the way for the Royals.
McDowell Trojans
Head Coach – Brad Orlando
2022 Season – 10-3
Key Players Lost – Christian Santiago, Ben Moore, Artis Simmons, Ray Jackson, Nick DeSanto, Carson Hardik, Nick Vogan, Troy Peterson
Key Players Returning – Cooper Cousins (Penn State), Bobby Blue, Matt Herbe, Caesar Kennelley
What to Expect – McDowell must replace starting quarterback Ben Moore, tailback Artis Simmons, and top receivers Ray Jackson and Christian Santiago. Penn State commit Cooper Cousins along with Bobby Blue will anchor the Trojans this season.
