Western Wayne 28 Mid Valley 13

Wildcats running back Josh Vinton rushed for 177 yards and two touchdowns. Quarterback Frankie Leyshon threw for 156 yards and a touchdown as Western Wayne defeated Mid Valley. Spartans running back Jakob Lesher rushed for 167 yards and a touchdown and also caught a touchdown.

Pittston Area 35 Lake-Lehman 7

Patriots quarterback Drew DeLucca threw for 222 yards and three touchdowns. Matt Walters had four catches for 100 yards and two touchdowns as Pittston Area defeated Lake-Lehman. Black Knights quarterback Hayden Evans threw for 96 yards and added a rushing touchdown.

Valley View 20 Scranton 6

Cougars running back Camryn Higgins had 233 yards and two touchdowns on the ground and Nick Kucharski added a rushing touchdown as well as an interception on defense as Valley View stayed undefeated with a win over Scranton. Knights wideout Oliver Almonte caught a 74 yard touchdown pass from Billy Maloney for Scranton’s only score.

North Pocono 28 Wallenpaupack 14

Trojans running back Kevin Wickizer ran for 96 yards and two touchdowns as North Pocono defeated Wallenpaupack. Buckhorns running back Dylan Podrazil added 78 yards and two touchdowns.

Hanover Area 2 Montrose 0

The Hawkeyes received a forfeit win from Montrose as they were unable to field a team due to cases of COVID-19.

Honesdale 41 West Scranton 6

Hornets running back Mason Avery rushed for 267 yards and three touchdowns. Quarterback Aiden Collins added 232 yards in the air with two touchdowns and added a rushing touchdown as Honesdale defeated West Scranton. Invaders running back Dayron Groves rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown.

Nanticoke 41 Tunkhannock 6

Trojans running back Zack Fox had 275 rushing yards and five touchdowns as Nanticoke defeated Tunkhannock to go to 4-3 on the season. Tigers quarterback Joey Ross scored Tunkhannock’s lone touchdown.

Old Forge 41 Susquehanna 0

Blue Devils running back Cael Krushnowski rushed for 202 yards and a touchdown. Joe Granko added two rushing touchdowns as Ol Forge pitched a shutout over Susquehanna. Sabers quarterback William Marcy threw for 66 yards.

Dunmore 55 Lakeland 7

Bucks running back Daniel Pigga rushed for 180 yards and three touchdowns. Thomas Bowen added a rushing touchdown as Dunmore defeated Lakeland in convincing fashion. Chiefs running back Caden Cuozzo rushed for 32 yards and the team’s lone touchdown.

Lackawanna Trail 28 Riverside 21

Lions running back Lukas Gumble had 148 yards rushing and two touchdowns. He also added an interception on defense as Lackawanna Trail stayed undefeated with a victory over Riverside. Vikings quarterback Chase Taddonio threw for 199 yards and two touchdowns and also added 69 yards on the ground with a touchdown.

Delaware Valley 41 Wilkes-Barre Area 6

Warriors running back Ryder Machado had 92 yards on the ground and four touchdowns. He also added an interception on defense as Delaware Valley won in convincing fashion on the road at Wilkes-Barre Area. Wolf Pack running back Howie Shiner added 45 yards rushing and Evan Laybourne-Boddie returned a blocked field goal 96 yards for Wilkes-Barre Area’s only score.

Scranton Prep 50 Abington Heights 21

Cavaliers running back Quentin Palermo had 134 yards rushing and three touchdowns. Quarterback Louis Paris threw for 147 yards and two touchdowns as Scranton Prep improved to 6-1 with a victory over Abington Heights. Comets quarterback Nick Bradley threw for 227 yards and two touchdowns. Mason Fedor added five catches for 181 yards and two touchdowns.

Dallas 42 Berwick 6

Mountaineers quarterback Brady Zapoticky threw for 130 yards and two touchdowns. Zach Paczewski added five catches for 89 yards and a touchdown as Dallas remained unbeaten with a victory over Berwick. Bulldogs running back Braylon Hawkins scored the team’s lone touchdown.

Williamsport 42 Valley West 7

Millionaires quarterback Caleb Williamson threw for 246 yards and five touchdowns. Wideout Kyreek Bradshaw had five catches for 66 yards and two touchdowns as Williamsport defeated Valley West. Spartans quarterback Lucas Zdancewicz threw for 134 yards and a touchdown.

Crestwood 28 Hazleton Area 21

Comets running back James Barrett rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns as Crestwood defeated Hazleton Area. Cougars quarterback Austin Wilson rushed for 129 yards and two touchdowns.

Carbondale 20 Holy Cross 7

Chargers running back Anthony Prince rushed for 256 yards and three touchdowns as Carbondale got their second win of the season with a victory over Holy Cross. Crusaders running back Aidan Wudarski ran for 87 yards and the team’s lone touchdown.

Wyoming Area 55 Holy Redeemer 13

Warriors running back Lidge Kellum ran for 90 yards and a touchdown and added a 51 yard touchdown catch as Wyoming Area defeated Holy Redeemer on Saturday. Royals quarterback Thomas Dugan threw for 81 yards and a touchdown.
