What and/or who originally got you into football?
I would say I really got into football after watching the 2013 NFL season, when the Seattle Seahawks won their first Super Bowl with that crazy defense; that really got my attention.
What are your best skill sets on and off the field? What is something you look to improve upon?
My best skill set, on and off the field, is my leadership and my ability to share good football knowledge with younger players. One thing I want to improve on is being a consistent playmaker.
What is your favorite play to run on offense and/or defense?
My favorite offensive route is a post or a backside check.
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
Matt Sieg – Fort Cherry.
Do you have a favorite play that you made?
My favorite play is from my sophomore year against South Side. I had caught a 40+ yard touchdown pass to take my team to overtime.
What is your favorite game that you’ve watched live or on TV?
The 2026 NFL Super Bowl because the Seattle Seahawks bounced back from the 2014 Super Bowl loss.
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like?
LA Rams wide receiver Davante Adams is a mentor I model my game after because he’s successful on and off the field.
When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for football, what is your go-to activity?
I like to spend time with the family. I also enjoy trying new food places in my free time.
What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?
I would like to see an Ohio State game. It’s been on my bucket list for a long time.
Who is your favorite sports star and why?
I would say Jaxon Smith-Njigba, wide receiver from the Seattle Seahawks. I love the way he plays and his attitude.
What are the goals for yourself this year and for your team?
Two goals I have for this season are to make the playoffs and to score one touchdown per game.
