OL/DL – Jashan Perry (SO, 6-5, 270)

DL – Alocious Beyan (SO, 5-11, 235)

Offensive Review: Returning most starters except 2026 quarterback Hollis Sanders, the Bensalem Owls’ offense has a structure and identity. With three receivers returning in Taylor Callahan, Shane Varallo, and Johnavon Cooper, Maverick Syron will have the weapons he needs as the expected week-one starter.

Defensive Review: Bensalem does not struggle with size along their line, and has the tools to create pressure on the passing and run game. The testing measure of this team is the linebackers. Lacking size, Bensalem will need to contain long gains and have enough of a presence to blitz.

Quakertown Panthers

6A Classification

2025 Season Record: 4-7

Head Coach: George Banas

2026 Schedule: Quakertown

Key Starters Lost:

DE – Dominic Ferrugio (JR, 6-2, 220)

Special Teams Starters Returning:

K – Ben Maugle (JR, 5-11, 160)

Key Newcomers:

WR/DB – Ryan Berlanda (JR, 6-3. 175)

OL/DL – Elder Zacarias (JR, 6-0, 240)

RB/KR – Daimon Lowande-Richardson (SO, 5-7, 170)

RB/LB – Gavin Handschumacher (SR, 6-0, 175)

SS – Ben Hutchinson (SR, 6-5, 190)

LB – Mason Pavone (JR, 6-3, 190)

OL – Chase Tucholski (JR, 6-2, 250)

FS – Elliot Martin (FR, 6-2, 180)

OL/DL – Vadner Kiluta (JR, 6-6 320)

Offensive Review: With 2028 Carter Tucholski taking the quarterback job, Quakertown gets a slinger who has the ability to scramble. Along with his targets, Tucholski returns to a young offense, where he will have to split the carries between several backs, including Marcus Baxter, and newcomer Daimon Lowande-Richardson.

Defensive Review: The returning defense of Quakertown retained considerable size along their linemen and linebackers. Averaging over 6-2, the line has the size to stuff the run, but their athleticism will be tested in the pass. For the defensive coverage, finding a starting safety will be top priority, as Quakertown will need the ability to stop long throws over their backs.

Souderton Indians

S – Alex Whitcomb (SR, 6-1, 175)

LB – Chase Hart (JR, 6-1, 285)

Special Team Starters Returning:

K – Micah Schirripa (SR, 6-0,155)
K – Charlie Pisoni (SO, 5-8, 165)
KR – Alex Whitcomb (SR, 6-1,165)

RB / LB – Levi Lopez (SO, 5-9, 180)

RB / DE – Gildha Ngoyi (FR, 6-0, 220)

QB – Brett Pollock (SR,6-2, 200)

Offensive Preview: Souderton will look a little different offensively, graduating a QB and WR (Walsh and Smeltz) who led the team last year. Caleb Moyer will command the run-game, with a run heavy offense, due to no outstanding starter. The quarterback job and week-one starter is expected to be Brett Pollock.

2026 Defensive Outlook: We return several experienced players at DL and LB. We have to replace several excellent players in our secondary, but returning starter Alex Whitcomb will anchor it from his safety position.

Upper Dublin Cardinals

5A Classfication

2025 Season Record: 4-7

Head Coach: Bret Stover

2026 Schedule: Upper Dublin

Key Starters Lost

DE – Justin Waugh (Kutztown)

TE – Benji Ravitz (Elon)

WR – Jacob Reif

K/P – Gavin Lapa

OL – Potter Rudl Millersville

Returning Offensive Starters:

QB – Lawson Tyler (SR, 6-5, 215)

WR – Anthony Paone (SR, 5-11, 175)

HB – Kevin Williams (SR, 6-3, 240)

RB – George Stein (JR,5-11,190)

Returning Defensive Starters:

DB – Anthony Paone (SR, 5-11, 175)

DL – Kevin Williams (SR, 6-3, 240)

FS – Ty Greenberg (JR, 5-10, 185)

DB – George Stein (JR,5’11,190)

Key Newcomers:

HB/LB – Braden Skahan (JR, 6’3, 215)

WR/DB – John Block (JR, 5’10, 170)

OL/DL – Beau Rudl (SO, 6’4, 235)

OL/DL – Joe Fencl (JR, 6’4, 235)

Offensive Outlook: Hit heavy on the line, the offense will need to be experienced and disciplined. Retaining Lawson Tyler and Anthony Paone, there is a pass game, along with Kevin Williams’ run game with George Stein. With the line up in the air, it will decide games for Upper Dublin.

Defensive Outlook: Returning the coverage unit of Ty Greenberg, Anthony Paone, and George Stein, Upper Dublin’s defensive will be prepared for the pass and long-passes. With the defensive line and linebackers, covering the short passes and run game is necessary. If Upper Dublin can’t get size up front, they will have significant questions.

Council Rock North Indians

Council Rock North High School (Newtown, PA) Football

6A Classification

2025 Season Record: 0-10

Head Coach: Vince Bedesem

2026 Schedule: Council Rock North

Key Starters Lost:

OL/DL – John Osbeck

LB – Michael Hutchinson

P/K – Brayden Rodgers

Returning Starters:

WR/SS – Max Meehan (SR, 5-11, 160)

RB – Aiden Brusco (SR, 6-0, 170)

DL/OL – Joshua Womack (SR, 6-3, 215)

OL/DL – Luke Sabatini (SR, 5-10, 225)

OL/DL – Wayne Potok (SR, 5-11, 230)

Key Newcomers

DE/TE – Sam Shuck (SO, 6-0, 180)

WR/DB – Joshua Ecksel (JR, 5-11, 170)

OL/DL – Raymond Terwilliger (JR, 5-11, 225)

Offensive Outlook: Coming off a humiliating 0-10 season, Council Rock North will retain most of their size and some skill guys to try to gain momentum. Council Rock North has the size and skill to create gaps for the runs, and the weapons for short passes, but does not have a prominent starting Quarterback.

Defensive Outlook:  With a decent line, Council Rock North has the chance to stuff runs before they begin. As for the passing game, coverage is a must for Council Rock North, as they do not return any starting defensive backs. With a safety in Max Meehan, short passes will be the majority of issues Council Rock North will face on defense.

LB – Chris Guinter (SR, 6-0, 220)

DL- Gavin Sailer (SR, 6-0, 220)

Key Newcomers

QB – Cannon Benzio (SR, 6-4, 215)

RB/DB – Jerry Rogers (JR, 5-10, 190)

WR – Rocco Szydlik (JR, 5-9, 165)

TE/LB – Ryan Lewis (SR, 6-5, 210)

DE – Madden Moramarco (SO, 6-0, 180)

OL – Manny Sigman (SR, 5-10, 225)

OL/DL – Ryan O’Brien (SO, 5-10, 230)

Offensive Outlook: Bringing in Cannon Benzio, a renowned quarterback with dual-threats, Council Rock South has the opportunity to replicate the success they had last season. Along with bringing in Benzio, they returned running back Gavin Lacey and receiver Brody Walker. The size and skill of the Council Rock South is unmatched in the conference, and their desire of a SOL championship is feasible.

Defensive Outlook: With three returning linebackers and two linemen, Council Rock South returned leadership and size for the run game. The struggle for CR South will be finding the week-one, sustained starting safety. In this search, the pass game and long passes will be dangerous to this defense.

Plymouth Whitemarsh

Returning Defensive Starters:

LB – Michael Giangiulio (SR, 6-0, 200)

DB – Cole Reilly (SR, 5-10, 155)

LB – Alexander Kriebel (SR, 6-0, 175)

DB – Corey Chandler (SR, 6-3, 170)

Key Newcomers:

OL/DL – Brody Amplo (SO, 6-2, 240

DB/RB – Kyaire Lindsay (JR, 5-8, 170)

DB – Jaiden James (SR, 6-1, 160)

TE – James Tadeo (SR, 6-1, 200)

OL/DL – Colin Calvenese (SR, 6-0, 220)

OL/DL – Liam Ward (SO, 6-1, 290)

Offensive Preview: Returning Quarterback Cole Reilly and running-back Michael Giangiulio, Plymouth Whitemarsh has senior leadership that will need to dominate the run-game. In the pass, PW does not have a prominent receiver yet, but will gain experience with lots of depth in their roster.

Defensive Preview: With the size of Plymouth Whitemarsh’s line in Brody Amplo, Liam Ward, and Colin Calvenese, PW needs to focus on stuffing the run game quickly, along with pressuring the quarterback in the pass. With linebackers Michael Giangiulio and Alexander Kriebel returning, over-the-head passes will be the biggest problem for PW, as they do not have a respected starting safety.
