Abington HS names Bruce Fleming II its new Head Coach

Abington High out of District 1 has named Bruce Fleming Jr its new football head coach. Bruce is no stranger to District 1 as he is the former Wissahickon High head coach where he lead their program for 3 seasons (2019-2021). Most recently Bruce served as the assistant coach and defensive coordinator for Chestnut Hill College which plays sprint football. Other previous coaching stops include Ursinus College, Prep Charter and assistant roles within the Wissahickon program.
Last season Abington finished 1-9 including 0-7 within the conference. Coach Bruce looks to restore tradition of winning for the Ghost this upcoming season and for years to come.
