BOOTHWYN PA – As 2022 sails into the sunset, we cap off the last day of the year with the PFN Coaches All-State teams. As 5A dropped at 2:00pm today, only one guy found his way on it from Chichester, and it was First Team.

That is no other than DT Eyan Thomas. With notable offers from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Saint Francis University, North Carolina A&T, and Delaware State University, his hard work is well known. Finishing the regular season with 103 tackles and 5.5 sacks, he left everything out on the field during his senior season. Rain, heat, cold, it did not matter.

When asked about what it meant to be named to All-State he said, “It means a lot, even [though] the season didn’t end the way I wanted, that never stopped me from achieving [the] biggest goal I wanted all year.”

As he wraps up the rest of his senior year, he currently resides with the basketball team, where they look to find themselves far in the playoffs come time.
