Malvern DB/Athlete Andrew Pellicciotta is headed to Naval Academy

Andrew Pellicciotta a rising senior at Malvern Prep has made his college decision and will join fellow teammate Jake Bauer at the Naval Academy. Andrew won Inter-Ac League MVP honors after a senior season in which he helped the Friars go 9-1 and an Inter-Ac championship.

Andrew led Malvern in rushing yards (656), receiving yards (261) and overall touchdowns (9). Defensively Andrew racked up 70 tackles, 1 interception, 6 passes defended and 2 fumble recoveries. Before giving Navy his commitment Andrew also considered offers from Fordham, Kent State, Richmond, Robert Morris, Maine, Yale, Princeton, Harvard, Lehigh, Furman, Lafayette, Colgate and Monmouth.
