Pope John Paul posted a shutout in the opening round of the 4A state playoffs over Valley View 36-0. Braden Reed and Dylan Skarbek both had 2 touchdowns for the Golden Panthers while Bradey Bass scored as well. Pope John Paul will faceoff against the winner of West Philadelphia and Bonner-Prendie from District 12 who play Saturday at Noon
