Hello and welcome to Week 4 of What’s happening in District I & XII! Let’s look at what happened last week weekend and look ahead to this weekend.
Shepherd Leads Monsignor Bonner to victory
In his first start of the season Monsignor Bonner Sr. Jason Shepherd had himself a night to remember throwing 5 touchdowns including finding the endzone on his first four completions in the Friars 48-0 victory over cross-county rivals Archbishop Carroll.
Cast can’t stop Strath Haven’s Milligan
While having his throwing hand in cast thanks to breaking his hand earlier this season that isn’t stopping Strath Haven’s Sam Milligan who is listed on the Panthers roster has a QB but in his first start at running back all Milligan did was rush for 120 yards and 3 touchdowns in the Panthers 41-14 over Springfield
Broderick Carries Upper Moreland to Victory
In the Upper Moreland Bears 42-19 victory over Executive Education Charter Stephen Broderick rushed for 262 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Bears.
Location of Upper Darby-Cheltenham
The Location of this Friday’s non league contest between Upper Darby and Cheltenham has been moved to Cheltenham due to on going field issues at Upper Darby
Date Change for Sun Valley-Penn Wood
The non league contest between Sun Valley and Penn Wood originally scheduled for next Friday September 30 has been moved to Saturday October 1 at 2:30 at Penn Wood’s Kerr Field
