WEEK ONE is in the BOOKS

Each week PaFootballnews’s panel of seasoned high school football prognosticators will make selections on some of the top games throughout the Commonwealth. Starting week one and going all the way through to the state championship games. We will keep a running tally of these soothsayers’ hunches, with the winner…..well we haven’t actually thought it through to the end yet.

The results of Week One’s prognostications of PFN’s “experts” are in, the PFN crew went 116- 86, an impressive .574% winning percentage. The leaders were Bill-n-Jen and Mason Dawg, each went an incredible 10-4 on the week. All of the pickers were .500% or better, with Protime, Billy and Polka AL in a three way tie for third place.

This week there are 15 games on the docket, featuring teams that stretch from Erie to Philly and everywhere in between. The PFN crew reached a unanimous consensus on two games with all 15 guessers, I mean “expert” analysts, picking #7 (5A) Strath Haven over Conestoga and in a daring pick took #1 (2A) and 3 time defending state champions Southern Columbia over Loyalsock.

Pick along with us to see how you stand up against the best-of-the-best Pennsylvania high school football reporters and their predictions.
