Wilson Area comes into town and leaves with a long-awaited Colonial League victory over Palisades, 44-20.

After coming up with a turnover on the first possession by Wilson, Palisades got on the board early via a long strike down the sideline from Grayson Winsor to Everett Clark.

Wilson extended the lead to 15 as Patterson found Vincenzo Viscomi for a 65 yard touchdown pass and catch with just over a minute left in the first half.

Later, Patterson found Viscomi once again for a long score. This one was from 44 yards out to put the Warriors up 36-14.

Not going quietly, the Pirates Solomon Riddle scored from a yard out around the outside of the Warrior defense to cut their deficit to 16, 36-20 with 11:33 remaining in the game.

Wilson concluded the scoring for the evening with a 24 yard pick-six by Christian Torres Ochoa to put the score at 44-20 with just 2:12 left to play.
