What does your offense need to improve on from last year?
Last year was very hard. We started 9 and somethings 10 underclassman with little or no playing experience. I think all those young guys were so focused on their responsibilities that they were not working as a cohesive unit. As the year went on they began to come together little by little and now that they have a full year experience under their belts, we are counting on that experience, maturity, and growth to come full circle. I believe we have an extreme amount of talent, and I have seen a shift in our teams’ way of thinking that is going to move us in an upward direction on the field, and as a program.

What does your defense need to improve on from last year
I feel that we need to play much faster than we did last year. We need to simplify everyone’s roll so that they can pin their their ears back and just play football. Last year we stayed back and were very reactive to the opposition, this year we are going to be much more aggressive in our game plans to take back control of what is and is not going to go on.
