PFN: What made you choose football?
Darenmeen: It was something I grew fond of since I was a little kid because of all the hitting and tackling people did.
What’s your favorite football memory?
Darenmeen: When I got my first sack my Sophomore year.
What activities do you enjoy outside of playing football?
Darenmeen: Playing the game and working out on the bench.
What has been the most difficult part of training during the pandemic and how did you overcome it?
Darenmeen: Not getting a chance to get work on a bench. I just used dumbbells for the time being, but I try to use more weight than I usually would.
Who is your biggest role model?
Darenmeen: It would be a senior I knew from my Sophomore year, Marcus Winfield.
What are your team and personal goals for the season?
Darenmeen: Beat archbishop (wood) and Abington, make it to the championship game, and win it all.
What’s your favorite sport, other than football, to play or watch?
Darenmeen: Basketball would be second to football.
What are you most looking forward to this upcoming school year?
Darenmeen: My graduation and the first step into the real world.
