Coach says: “Emmet is a two-year starter on the OL and DL for us. He was first team All-Central and second team All-Delco last year. He was the center for a team that rushed for 4,337 yards in 13 games. He also has qualified for Central League and District 1 meets in shotput. He is a top student in his class.

Why do you play football?

I play football because I love the competition and the brotherhood it creates.

Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?

My favorite sports star is Jalen Carter because I find his play style to be very fun to watch

Getting my first sack against William Tennent

What was last years season like for you?

Last years season was very

What are your goals for this coming season?

My goals for this upcoming season are to win the central league and to beat Upper Darby on Thanksgiving

When the game is on the line, which college/professional coach would you like to call in the play? 

Vince Lombardi

What stadium, HS/college/pro would you love to visit for a game?

UCLA

What is your favorite Pro team, any sport?

Eagles

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?

The Eagles Super Bowl win over the Patriots because of the underdog story

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?

Score a touchdown

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?

My mentor for the game of football would be Landon Dickerson because of his work ethic and play style

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?

My go to activity when I am not training for football would be playing golf with my friends because it is always very competitive and fun

What is your favorite football memory to date?

Defeating Upper Darby on Thanksgiving to win the Central League

What is your favorite play to run?

Zone dive

What restaurant is your go to when you need a big meal?

Marrone’s

What is your favorite vacation destination?

Nantucket
