Let’s get to know Benji!
Why do you play football?
I have been playing since I was young, my Dad was the person who got me into football since he played in College.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
I really like George Kittle since I think he balances having fun while also playing really well.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
My favorite play was against Wissahickon, I had a pic-six against them this past year which helped seal the game
What was last years season like for you?
Last year was a lot of fun, it was different without some of the seniors that left, but we had great leadership from the new seniors, and we had a good time
What are your goals for this coming season?
My goal for next year is to be first team all league and a district championship
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
Eddie Bowen from Central Bucks South
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
Super Bowl 52 since it was super fun watching the Eagles win the game, and it was also very entertaining
Describe what the perfect teammate is
A perfect teammate would be a hard worker, doesn’t complain, a good leader, and fearless.
Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community
I think football is great for the community since it brings people together. I know a lot of parents of current, previous, and future students that come to the games every week.
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
Throw a touchdown
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
My mentor is my dad, he is the person who helps push me to be the best person and athlete that I could be.

exciting since I know the season is starting soon
When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
My go to activity is hanging out with my friends, we usually play basketball since we are all very competitive.
What is your favorite play to run?
Any play where I get to run routes
What is your favorite vacation destination?
The New Jersey Shore
Do you remember what the first football game you saw was?
The first football game I saw was an Army Navy game in 2012
