Coach Says: James is a multi sport athlete who has been a two year starter for us on the offensive line. He continues to work in the off-season to make himself a better player and push those around him. We expect big things from him upfront and we could also see him playing a little defense too this season. James is 6’3 250 and continues to work hard in the classroom.

What is the best part of being a student-athlete for the Green Raiders ?
The best part by far is the culture of our school and team.

Why do you play football ?
I play football because I am good at it and it makes me feel the most like myself out of anything.

How long have you been playing football(any level) ?
11 years

It’s GameDay !! What are you looking forward to the most ?
I most looking forward to walking off that field with a win with my teammates.

Of all the road games you have played, which stadium had the best overall atmosphere, along with what made it so good ?
I would say the game against Garnet Valley last year, we have not beaten them in a while and it came down to the final seconds and we came out on top.

If the game is on the line, do you want to be on offense or defense ? Explain:
Offense, because I want my side to win the game and I know we have the ability to score on any team at any time.

As an athlete, what has been your biggest achievement ?
Getting All-Delco last year.

What was the high point of the 2024 season ?
The hype point was beating Garnet.

What are your goals for the 2025 season ?
My goals are to win the Central League, get the District 1 Championship and to get All State.

What are you going to miss the most from the class of 2025 ?
I played with them for a while because I always played up, but I would definitely say the leadership that came from that group.

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like the most, and why ?
My mentor is my father, because he’s the hardest working person I know and does everything right for me and my family.

Who is your favorite sports star and why ?
Lane Johnson, he plays for my favorite team, plays my position, is the best at what he does and does all that while being great in the community.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most ? Explain:
My favorite play is trap, because I love down blocking people and running them over.

Who is the best player(s) you have ever lined up against and what team did they play for ?
Number 81 from Strath Haven, Jahi Curtis, he was big and super fast.

What stadium, (HS/College/Pro) would you love to visit for a game ?
Lincoln Financial Field

What is your favorite Pro Sports team(any sport) ? Explain:
Eagles, I loved them since I can remember, my family loves them.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why ?
Garnet Valley was my favorite, beating them felt so good, it was unbelievable because they picked us for their homecoming too.

What sports movie could you watch every day if you had to pick one, and why ?
Remember the Titans, it shows the true brotherhood of football, and what you can do to make people closer.

Name one thing you’d love to do in football that may never happen ?
Go to the NFL and play in a super bowl.

Basketball

What is your most embarrassing sports moment ?
Definitely rolling my ankle while celebrating.

When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for sports, what is your go to activity, and why ?
Just doing anything with my friends, I love going down the shore and paintballing.

Which one, Sheetz, Wawa, or Rutters ? Explain:
Wawa, it’s just the best choice, I live by it.

What is your favorite vacation destination ?
Greece

If you were handed a lot of money, what would be the first thing you would do with it ?
The first thing I would do is give my parents money and buy a house.

Tell us something that you have a fear of ?
I am super scared of mice.

Favorite Fast Food/Burger place and why ?
My favorite fast food place is Chick-fil-A or Chipotle, because they are the healthiest fast food, and taste the best.

Have you ever been to a professional sports game, which ones ?
Yes, I’ve been to multiple Eagles games in Philadelphia, and Sixers games even though I am a Chicago bulls fan.

NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAF, NFL, Which league is the best and why ?
NFL, most entertaining and the game I love.

What is your favorite video game, on mobile and or console ?
Madden

Cheese or Pepperoni

I would travel to Greece.

I just wanna have a great family and kids.

Location you think would be the best place to live(ie: island, mountains, city, etc) ? Explain why:
I think I would love to live in the suburbs. It just fits me the best.
