Coach Says: Played/started in all 15 games last season at LB and had a monster year with 135 tackles and 14 TFLs. Began to emerge as a TE as the season wore on, finished with 3 reception TDs (which was tied for the team lead). We will look to Blake to be one of the leaders of our defense once again and help along a group that will have many new faces. Blake has also done a very nice job as our long snapper/short snapper on special teams.
Why do you play football?
I play football because I love the game, the competition, and the brotherhood that comes with it. I enjoy being pushed physically and mentally every day, and I take pride in representing my team and community every time I step on the field.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
My favorite sports star is Brian Urlacher because of the intensity and leadership he brought to the game. I respect the way he played with toughness, discipline, and a team first mentality every snap.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
During the turkey bowl game versus Quakertown. I had a game-winning interception that sealed the game for Pennridge.
What was your toughest game in 2025 season?
Definitely Coatesville
What are your goals for this coming season?
My goals for this season are to help lead my team to a successful year, continue improving every day. And continue to prove my self.
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
MAXWELL HILLER
What does the word “Coach” mean to you?
To me a coach is more than someone who teaches the game. A coach is a leader, mentor, and role model.
What is your favorite season of the year?
Summer
