COACH SAYS: “Nick had a tremendous Junior year on both sides of the ball for us at safety and wide receiver. He is a player you can count on to do the right thing due to his preparation and work ethic. In addition, Nick is a role model to his peers off the field in the classroom and on the weekends. He is a young man we can trust to do the right thing at all times and we can’t wait to see him take a leadership role this year in our program”.
Why do you play football?
I play football for the love of the game. Growing up, I spent my Friday’s watching GV football, Saturday’s with college, and Sunday’s watching the NFL. I fell in love with the game of football.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
My favorite sports star is Bryce Harper. He is clutch, cold blooded, and doesn’t accept losing. He’s a guy the team rallies around and the heart of the Phils.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
My favorite play is scoring my first touchdown sophomore year. I got a reverse handoff in the backfield, and the blocks were perfect, no one touched me until I was in the endzone.
What was last years season like for you?
Last years season was a mix of emotions. It was my first starting experience, so along with that came the nerves and excitement. After our 0-2 start, there was a lot of self reflection and hard conversations as a team. But once we got on our win streak, it was so much fun. The bond between us got so strong by the end of the year.
What are your goals for this coming season?
My goals are to win a district championship, win the central league, and go undefeated. I want this team to be one of the most decorated teams in GV history.
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
Jack Dean from Marple, He was shifty and super quick out of his cuts.
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
The Eagles vs Rams in 2025 divisional playoff game. I was in the linc for that game, it was a great back and forth game in the snow, and Saquon’s run was electric.
Describe what the perfect teammate is
The perfect teammate is a guy you can rely on to give it his best on and off the field. He’s a guy who gets along with everyone, leads by example, and is one you never question if he does the right thing or not. He is also someone who follows everything our program believes in.
Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community
From a football perspective, the community rallies around the team. They always show out to support and football can be a way for the community to come together. The football team represents the community just as much as it does the school. Off the field, at GV we do loads of community service and try to better our community daily. We try to give back as much as possible.
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
I’d love to win a game off a pitch party, it would be great to see one of our lineman run with the ball.
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
I want to be like my dad, he’s shown me how to be a real man and taught me lessons that ill carry with me for the rest of my life. He’s an example of how to balance work along with being a family man.
What is your favorite practice drill? What is your least favorite practice drill?
My favorite practice drill is 7v7, and my least favorite is inside run.
Preseason Two a Days are:
Super hard, but not as bad once you look back on it. Messing around with my teammates at overnight camp and in between practice are some of my favorite memories.
Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
My go to activity is to ski. Ive been skiing since I was 3 and theres nothing better than skiing the glades.
What is your favorite play to run?
I like doing crack blocks on the linebackers, its fun to get a good pop on someone bigger than you.
is a hot dog a sandwich? If not, then why?
No, a sandwich has two different slices of bread, not just one roll.
Music of choice:
Foo Fighters or Red Hot Chili Peppers

What is your favorite vacation destination?
