Warminster-William Tennent High School has found their next head football coach in Colin Leach. This past year he served as an assistant coach in the Pennridge school district where he is also currently a school counselor. Please stay tuned for an in-depth follow up article on the new head coach. Here is what I know so far;

Playing Experience:

-Played center and defensive end at Bishop Mcdevitt high school (D12) and was a 1st team All-Catholic and 1st team All-City selection & graduated in 2011. Colin played collegiate football under Jim Clements at Del Val.

Coaching Experience:

-Offensive line coach & then eventually offensive coordinator at Bishop Mcdevitt High School (D12) under Pat Manzi

-Offensive line and offensive coordinator at Cheltenham High School under Ryan Nase

-Offensive line and special teams coordinator at William Tennent High School

-TEs coach at CR South High School

I spoke with Colin briefly this evening and he said, “It feels incredible to be named the next head coach at William Tennent. I’m so honored to be chosen by the committee and I can’t wait to get started and introduce myself to the WT community. This is the job I’ve always wanted.”
