Here are the teams from District 1 who have made it to the PIAA title game and their overall record in the championships.
[table id=30 /]
A District 1 team has not won a state title since Lansdale Catholic in 2004. The district has early success with the dominant CB West teams that won three straight titles.
There was a nice stretch during the early 2000s, but there has been little success lately.
District 1 title facts:
- D-1 has the third most teams of any district
- Lansdale Catholic is the only school lower than Triple-A to be in a state title game from D-1.
- North Penn and Coatesville have made the Quad A title game two of the past three years, but lost.
- A District 1 team has never won a Single-A title.
