Remaily Named Hatboro-Horsham Head Coach

To say Ken Remaily has Hatboro-Horsham pride running through his blood would be an understatement. First, he is a 1996 graduate of the school where he played Tight end, Defensive End and Outside linebacker for coach Dennis Steinly, He also has Defensive Coordinator for the Hatter’s under two different head coaches, Dave Sanderson and Gary Pagliaro.

For the last seven years was coaching the Keith Valley Middle School (a feeder program for Hatboro-Horsham) where he is a special education teacher.

Now Remaily has a new title Head Football Coach, he takes over the Hatter program that went 2-8 in its only season under the direction of Mark Schmidt. “It’s an honor, privilege, a dream that I always have.” An excited Remaily said of the opportunity he has. Adding that it was the top ten of biggest moments in his life

Since taking off the reigns he has been able to get in workouts with his via zoom.  Remaily added that lot of his staff are Hatboro Horsham graduates.

One of his main goals is to build the program up and get the community more involved.
We want to do more things that are community oriented that bring the school together.”

The Hatters open their season on August 28 at William Tennett and will compete in the realigned Suburban One League Continental Conference.
