Coach says: “Brandon is a 2nd coach on the field. He knows our defense in and out at FS. Has been an offensive chess piece the last few years. Will continue in that role and step in at QB this year. Never misses a weight room session and is a late bloomer who still is growing into his body. Will be a force at the next level with continued growth”.

Why do you play football?

To develop a sense of leadership, I’m competitive, and to have fun with my friends.

Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?

Saquan Barkley because that’s who I watched the most when I was growing up.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:

Getting a long pick six against one of our district rivals in a playoff game my sophomore season.

What was last years season like for you?

It was good, we had a winning season and had a little playoff run.

What are your goals for this coming season?

To have over 1,000 all purpose yards

Who is the best player you ever lined up against?

Probably Wade Samir

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?

2016 postseason game Steelers vs chiefs

Describe what the perfect teammate is

Someone who is coachable, someone who is hard working, and someone who shows up everyday

Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community

I think it can bring a community together more by supporting the football team.

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?

Run a kick return back for a touchdown

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?

Saquan Barkley, even with all the success he has he is still humble.

What is your favorite practice drill? What is your least favorite practice drill?

My favorite practice drill is either the ladder or hurdles and my least favorite drill is probably the box drill.

Preseason Two a Days are: 

Not too bad but definitely a good workout.

Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?

My sister, she supports me with everything I do.

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?

Playing video games, it’s fun to me and I enjoy playing them. Or spending time with family.

What is your favorite play to run?

A reverse into a pass

is a hot dog a sandwich? If not, then why? 

Music of choice:

Rap but I listen to everything

Best thing you ever got from a teammate? Why?

Friendship, because some friendships can last forever and your friends are like your second family

Best Pizza topping? 

Pepperoni

What is your favorite vacation destination?

For the places I’ve been it would have to be Cabo San Lucas in Mexico but my dream vacation is lake Como, Italy .
