Here are the teams from District 10 who have made it to the PIAA title game and their overall record in the championships.

District 10 teams have nine titles, but that is a little misleading. Farrell won both of theirs while a member of District 7. Same goes for Wilmington in their first title attempt. Cathedral Prep has had the most success participating three times in Quad-A and once in Triple-A and taking home two titles.
District 10 title game facts:
- A District 10 team has won at least one title in each classification.
- Cathedral Prep played in their last Quad-A title game in 2000, but it took them 12 years to get back in Triple-A.
- In their first three title games, Cathedral Prep played Central Bucks West, finally winning on the third try.
