Julius Phillips commits to Youngstown

On Thursday, July 11, defensive back and wide receiver Julius Phillips Jr. verbally committed to Youngstown State Football.
The 6’0″ 180-pound athlete at Farrell High School completed almost 500 career yards and nine touchdowns, including five touchdowns in his most recent junior season.
While Phillips has been at Farrell, the Steelers have been District 10, Class 2A champions for three consecutive years.
Phillips had two other Division I offers from Akron and Marshall.
