What does your offense need to improve on from last year? |
We lose the first and second leading rushers in school history in Ethan Brader and Trey Gretzinger, they’re going to be difficult to replace. Our goal is to focus on us, the 2019 Palisades Pirates. We are working hard to find an identity of our own. |
What does your defense need to improve on from last year |
Again, the sentiment is to focus on the 2019 Palisades Pirates. We are following one of the most successful classes in Palisades history, and are working hard everyday to keep the tradition at Palisades. |
What are your overall thoughts on this years team? |
We are replacing 7 starters on offense and 10 on defense, with a small 2020 senior class we will be a young football team. The kids have been working extremely hard this off-season and adapting to the coaching change every day. We have shifted our focus to taking things one day at a time. We are looking forward to week 1. |
