What does your offense need to improve on from last year?
As we look to build off the second half of the 2019 season, it took us some time to find an identity offensively. In the second half of the season, we began to develop a strong run game complimented by our play-action pass. We need to continue to get better at protecting the football. With a young team, we were turnover prone at times on the offensive side of the ball in 2019.
If we continue to build off of the late season success running the football, and limiting turnovers we can be very productive offensively.
What does your defense need to improve on from last year
Our defense returns a strong core of starters coming off a solid defensive year. With the majority of starters returning, we hope to expand our defensive packages in order to get our best players on the field. + We have targeted 3rd down as an area of emphasis this off-season. Improving our 3rd down efficiency will be an area of focus this season.
