COACH SAYS: Caiden came on strong as the primary halfback when the other part of our halfback duo got injured in Week 1. Caiden suffered an injury halfway through his Sophomore year which limited his second half of the year, Caiden was our first 1000 yard rusher since 2016. In addition to being a tough runner, Caiden excels as a pass catcher. We look forward to Caiden continuing his success on offense this year after a full year of experience.

What is the best part of being a student-athlete for the Green Knights ?
The best part of being a student athlete at Pen Argyl is the teacher flexibility with the athletes, our teachers are willing to do absolutely anything for their athletes.

Why do you play football ?
The sport means a lot to me due to my brother playing football as he grew up and I loved to watch him play.

How long have you been playing football(any level) ?
I have played football since flag football.

It’s GameDay !! What are you looking forward to the most ?
The thing I look forward to the most on game day is making big plays and the celebrations after with the team.

Of all the road games you have played, which stadium had the best overall atmosphere, along with what made it so good ?
Out of every road game I have played the best one was Bangor, due to the amount of people and every supporter there cheering us on and at every Bangor game, we get to see the biggest crowds of our season.

If the game is on the line, do you want to be on offense or defense ? Explain:
With the game on the line, I want to be on offense, because I know I can make bigger plays on offense rather than defense.

As an athlete, what has been your biggest achievement ?
My biggest achievement as an athlete was hitting 1100 yards as a Junior.

What was the high point of the 2024 season ?
The high point of the season was getting to Districts then beating a team we lost to in regular season.

What are your goals for the 2025 season ?
My personal goals for the 2025 season are to rush for over 1000 yards again and have over 17 touchdowns, my team goals for the 2025 season are to win Districts and to beat Bangor.

What are you going to miss the most from the class of 2025 ?
The thing I miss the most about the class of 2025 will be the competition and the constant pressure to be better from the older kids.

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like the most, and why ?
The person I aspire to be like the most is definitely my grandfather, he taught me how to be a man and how to be who I am today.

Who is your favorite sports star and why ?
My favorite sports star is definitely Aaron Donald due to his insane work ethic paired with his humble attitude.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most ? Explain:
My favorite play is the last play of the Bangor game in the 2024 season, where I ran the ball for the 2 point play for the win but I didn’t get in, it is my favorite play because it stays in my mind that I can always do better and give 110% at all times.

Who is the best player(s) you have ever lined up against and what team did they play for ?
The best player I have ever lined up against was Jared Rohn from Saucon Valley.

What stadium, (HS/College/Pro) would you love to visit for a game ?
I would love to visit Penn State during the white-out game.

What is your favorite Pro Sports team(any sport) ? Explain:
My favorite pro sports team is the Steelers, because everyone in my family since I grew up has been a fan.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why ?
My favorite game I have watched was my game against Palisades because it motivates me to be better when we could have won that game.

What sports movie could you watch every day if you had to pick one, and why ?
I could watch The Waterboy every day because it is funny and so entertaining.

Name one thing you’d love to do in football that may never happen ?
I would love to set the school record for rushing yards but the standard is held high due to one of our legendary coaches.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
I would love to play golf because it is very fun once you get good, but football interferes with it.

What is your most embarrassing sports moment ?
My most embarrassing sport moment was Freshman year on a kickoff return, I thought I could take the biggest guy on the kicking team and I got ran over.

When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for sports, what is your go to activity, and why ?
My go to activity is fishing or hunting because I got into it around 7th grade and I have loved it since.

Which one, Sheetz, Wawa, or Rutters ? Explain:
Wawa is the place to go for sure, they have the best shakes and food variety and it’s close.

What is your favorite vacation destination ?
My favorite vacation spot is Long Beach Island, I have only been once but it was the best experience of my life.

If you were handed a lot of money, what would be the first thing you would do with it ?
The first thing I would do would be invest to make more money since I am young and in a few years use the money for a house, car, etc.

Tell us something that you have a fear of ?
My biggest fear is heights, I don’t like anything higher than a ladder.

Favorite Fast Food/Burger place and why ?
My favorite food/burger place is definitely Wendy’s, because they are open late and they have good burgers.

NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAF, NFL, Which league is the best and why ?
NCAAF, because they are not overpaid and they are playing to be good and go to the NFL to make money.

What is your favorite video game, on mobile and or console ?
Fortnite is my favorite video game because me and my friends play it in school on our phones all the time.

What toppings go on your favorite pizza ?
Mushrooms are my favorite pizza topping for sure.

Favorite School Subject ?
Science is my favorite school subject because it makes the most sense to me and I love our science teachers.

Favorite Band/Musician ?
My favorite musician is Zach Bryan.

Airplane, Boat, or Vehicle(motorcycles included), how would you travel and to where ?
I would travel by boat to go deep sea fishing.

Name one thing in life(NOT SPORTS RELATED) you would like to achieve:
I would like to retire at a young age so I could still live my life young.

Location you think would be the best place to live(ie: island, mountains, city, etc) ? Explain why:
Mountains or an island would be the best place for me so I could be away from everything and just do me.
