The Nazareth Blue Eagles (6-1) put up another win, this time on the Whitehall Zephyrs (4-3) 41-17. Touchdowns for the Blue Eagles came from running back Marquez Wimberly, wide receiver Mason Kuehner, running back Jed Bendekovits (2), and quarterback Peyton Falzone (2). Nathan Baker put up 5 PATs for the talented Nazareth team. Another notable Blue Eagle performance came from Logan Hilarczyk, who finished with 5 catches for 78 yards and an interception late in the game. On the other sideline, the Zephyrs had a touchdown and 2-pt conversion from quarterback Trey Dogmanits to receiver Braden Bashore. This touchdown gave Dogmantis the new Whitehall all-time record for passing touchdowns (38). In addition to this scoring drive, Whitehall kicker, Andrew Deutsch, tallied 3 field goals from 38, 35, and 27 yards throughout the game for the Zephyrs. The Blue Eagles will prepare for Pleasant Valley next week, which will be the first of a series of home games and the Zephyrs will begin a 3-game road trip at Allentown Central Catholic.
