VALLEY VIEW – Tri-Valley made a statement in their delayed season opener Friday night.The Bulldogs hosted Shenandoah Valley, a squad which had three games under their belt already. A pair of touchdowns, coupled with a safety from a holding penalty against Shenandoah, gave Tri-Valley a 17-0 advantage by the end of one quarter.
