Williams Valley improved to 5-0 on the season on Friday night behind 179 total yards and two touchdowns from quarterback Brady Shomper, as the Vikings defeated rival Tri-Valley 14-7. Make no mistake, this game was a war from beginning to end. The Vikings and Bulldogs are in the middle of a huge battle in district 11 that involves these two teams, Schuylkill Haven, Minersville and Marian Catholic.
Shompers game didn’t get off to a great start as he was picked off but the Viking defense held and their offense responded.
