Why do you play football?

The reason I play football is that I live in a city with a lot of crime and I wanna be a motivation for kids my age and show they can do whatever they put their mind to.

What has been your best memory from football so far?

The best memory I had from playing football is winning a national championship playing little league. That was like the best feeling ever.

Who is your favorite pro athlete and why?

My favorite pro athlete is Marshawn Lynch. He is my favorite pro because of his mentality and what made him become beast mode.

Who is your biggest fan and why?

My biggest fan is my mom because she is who I really play football for. I want a better life for my family so my mom doesn’t have to worry about bills.

Is there any specific person you look up to and use as a role model?

My role model is my dad because of his grind on why he works so hard to provide for me and my sister.

What is your desired major in college?

My desired major in college is entrepreneurship because when I make it big I’m gonna own my own businesses when I’m in the league.

How has COVID-19 affected you?

COVID 19 affected me big time. I was depressed and upset because I didn’t know if I was gonna play football again. Then my parents and sister caught COVID so it made me even more upset but me being upset made me grind harder.

Favorite play to run?

I don’t really have a favorite play to run. But it would have to be a 4-4 defense because I like going one on one with tackles.

What is your personal goal for this season?

My personal goal this season is to be first team all-state.

Favorite pre-game meal?

A pre-game meal would be, I say candy.

Sports movie?

My favorite sports movie is when the Game Stands Tall.

Sport you’d love to play but can’t?

I would love to play basketball but I don’t wanna end up getting hurt.

Most embarrassing sports moment?

My most embarrassing sports moment was losing in the championship to Northeast High School.

What are you looking forward to most this year?

I’m looking forward most this year is proving to the city that there is another player with a big future coming out of South Philly.
