What is the best part of being a student-athlete at Overbrook High School ?
The opportunities to better yourself on and off the field and continuing to grow always.

How long have you been playing football(any level) ?
I’ve been playing for 8 years now, going into my 9th.

Of all the road games you have played, which stadium had the best overall atmosphere, along with what made it so good ?
West Philly High School definitely did with the fans cheers and chants going back and forth in the game, really fueled me to keep going the entire game.

If the game is on the line, do you want to be on offense or defense ? Explain:
I want to be on offense, not only to finish the game but also make a statement and finish strong on a good note.

As an athlete, what has been your biggest achievement ?
Being able to go on my first college visit to Bowling Green State University. I would say just the experience and the chance to even be in that position after all that work really had paid off.

What was the high point of the 2023 season ?
Our first two wins going into the season really set a bar and standard for the rest of the season to reach our goals, to not stop fighting throughout the season together.

What are you going to miss the most from the class of 2024 ?
The atmosphere they brought and also the passion they had for upcoming players and teammates.

What are your goals for the 2024 season ?
Winning it all finally. Going undefeated and ending on a high note setting the bar for upcoming seniors and other players coming into our program.

Who is your favorite sports star and why ?
Calvin Johnson, also known as Megatron from the Detroit Lions. Growing up with my dad playing catch together, I would always go up and get it out the air just like him at times and he even started calling me it during games. When I was younger, I based a lot of my game off of his going over people and doing anything to get the ball.

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most ? Explain:
My catch against South Philly to move the chains. Going up with 3 other players was hard, but the only one coming down with it was even better.

Who is the best player(s) you have ever lined up against and what team did they play for ?
My best friend Rasheed Grinnage, he knows me so well and from growing up with each other basically knowing what they are going to do before he does it is hard but, also having to improvise mid route in order to get open.

What stadium, (HS/College/Pro) would you love to visit for a game ?
I would love to visit Penn State or Ravens stadium just based off past games and hearing the crowd through the TV would motivate me to keep working and it’s an all around great atmosphere as a whole.

What is your favorite Pro Sports team(any sport) ? Explain:
My favorite football team will always be the Chiefs, coming up from not making a super bowl appearance in years to winning back to back was amazing.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why ?
The Rams vs Chiefs regular season game back in 2018, when they kept going back and forth was crazy not knowing who would close out the game.

What sports movie could you watch every day if you had to pick one, and why ?
Football, it’s just my passion and something I could never get tired of no matter how hard but also, off pure entertainment watching it even comparing my self to others on the field and wondering what it’s like to be out there.

Name one thing you’d love to do in football that may never happen ?
It may never happen, but it will always be my goal of mine to win a super bowl.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
Golf, I would say it’s too quiet and not as energetic as I would like it to be it is very calming though.

What is your most embarrassing sports moment ?
Dropping a wide open ball that was such a easy grab.

When you aren’t playing, practicing, or training for sports, what is your go to activity, and why ?
Playing Madden or any game in general will never fail me.

Which one, Sheetz, Wawa, or Rutters ? Explain:
Wawa for sure.

What is your favorite vacation destination ?
Texas, just to be with family I don’t get to see often.

Tell us something that you have a fear of ?
I have a fear of not being able to take care of those around me.

Favorite Fast Food/Burger place and why ?
Five Guys, not only their burgers but they fries will always hit.

Have you ever been to a professional sports game, which ones ?
I’ve been a Sixers game before, it was good but they had lost.

NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAF, NFL, Which league is the best and why ?
NFL, because it’s my dream of making it there.

What is your favorite video game, on mobile and or console ?
Fortnite, because you have to strategize, but also develop with the new updates and seasons that come out.

What toppings go on your favorite pizza ?
Mushrooms, most people look at me different because of that but I will never change.

Favorite School Subject ?
Definitely English or Science, because of how deep I could get into it and it’s so much to find out and do.

Favorite Band/Musician ?
My favorite artist right now would probably be Ken Carson.

Airplane, Boat, or Vehicle(motorcycles included), how would you travel and to where ?
I want to say airplane because of the scenery from above. I love flying but my heart goes to driving a car seeing buildings and all types of nature while riding by is so crazy to me.

Name one thing in life(NOT SPORTS RELATED) you would like to achieve:
Having a family of my own or becoming a dad one day and passing down things that I know.

Location you think would be the best place to live(ie: island, mountains, city, etc) ? Explain why:
The city, it’s so busy but also the forest or mountains just to be at peace and one with nature.
