Who is your favorite sports star and why?
JJ Watt, because of the dedication he shows off the field, in the weight room, and in the community. He is one of the reasons I wear #99.
Why do you play football?
I started when I was little and as I started to grow I realized how much I loved the sport. I love the grind you have to have to play it and I love how close I’ve grown to my teammates.
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like?
My brother. He is two years older than me and has torn his ACL 4 times. Because of that, he hasn’t been able to complete a varsity season, but he always came back bigger, stronger, and faster. He never gave up. He is very disciplined in his life and that’s what I strive to be like.
Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
My brother. Because he hasn’t completed a varsity season, he’s really pushed me in the weight room. When I succeed, it’s kinda like he does also. He’s always at my games and supporting me.
