Why do you play football?
The camaraderie. I have formed friendships that will last for the rest of life thanks to this game.

Who is your favorite sports star and why?
Dick Butkus. He was one of the most feared players of his time, and maybe ever. Deacon Jones said it best, “Dick was an animal. I called him a maniac. A stone maniac. He was a well-conditioned animal, and every time he hit you, he tried to put you in the cemetery, not the hospital.”

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain
I got a sack against Montrose last year, and I hit him so hard he ended up leaving for most of the game.

If your mom and dad are screaming at you from the stands, what is it they usually yell?
“Get up, wimp”

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like?
I can’t say just one person. I want to have my parents work ethic and commitment, Robert Zabady’s lifestyle and charitability, Coach Gillow’s intensity and drive, and Coach Kosciuk’s upper body strength.

Name a sport you’d love to play but can’t:
Hockey. I really like the brutality of it.

What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
My sophomore year I almost tackled our running back trying to block someone for him.

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why? Video Games.
When I am playing video games I can leave Earth for a little, and all my worries go away.

What is your favorite play to run?
Sweep or Toss.

What scares you the most?
Losing a loved one before I can tell them goodbye.

Music of choice:
60s and 70s Classic Rock. CCR is my favorite band, but my favorite song is Simple Man by Lynyrd Skynyrd.
