What are your expectations for your team this year?
To put in the work necessary to compete at a high level and give ourselves an opportunity to have success. Finding new leaders will be our greatest challenge.

When your team is on offense, what are the keys to success?
We need to find ways to finish drives and score in the redzone and not turn the ball over. Too many empty trips, and timely turnovers made games closer than they needed to be last year and ultimately ended our season.

When your team is on defense, what are the keys to success?
Allow our athleticism to play fast and continue to stop the run. Keeping it simple will put us in position to have success.
