Coach says: Injuries had sidelined Jaden for two years, and he continues to stay positive and steadfast with his approach. A true leader, hard worker, and has done everything possible to put himself and his team in position for success. When on the field, one of the best players in District II. Looking forward to watching him compete one last time!
Let’s get to know Jaden!
Why do you play football?
I play football because I love the sport. I love being around my friends and playing a sport I have always enjoyed watching and playing.
Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?
My favorite sports star is Giannis Antentokonumpo . He is my favorite sports star because he’s a very competitive player, but always gives back and is a great person off the court.
Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:
My favorite play is from our state playoff game freshman year. I had a huge rushing touchdown on the first drive of the game. This gave the team a lot of confidence and momentum early in the game.
What was last years season like for you?
Due to an ACL tear, I missed the majority of the season. But this allowed me to cheer on and help coach my teammates.
What are your goals for this coming season?
My goals for this upcoming season is to stay healthy and compete a very high level. After missing 2 straight seasons, I have a lot of missed time to make up for.
Who is the best player you ever lined up against?
The best player I’ve ever lined up against was Spencer Kishbaugh from Berwick.
What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?
My favorite game I ever watched was Georgia vs Ohio State. As a Georgia fan it was exciting to see OSU miss the game winning field goal as the ball dropped on New Years.
Describe what the perfect teammate is
A perfect teammate is someone you can always rely on to have your back on and off the field. Whether it’s them helping how to understand a play, or they’re helping with homework. Someone who will always show up for you when you need them.
Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community
Football is good for a community because it brings everyone together. It allows people to come together to cheer on players who have worked hard together, to showcase there skills to everyone supporting.
Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?
I’d love to be a long snapper for a play.
Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?
My mentor is my dad. He has always been there for me, and has taught me that you can find good in everything. After being taught that skill, it makes hard times more enjoyable and it has forever changed me.
What is your favorite practice drill? What is your least favorite practice drill?
My favorite practice drill is throwing into the throwing net. My least favorite practice drill is the W drill.
Preseason Two a Days are: Difficult but allow you to get better as a team.Is there anyone in your family, besides your parents, you could consider your biggest fan? Who, Why?
I would consider my Pop my biggest fan. He has been to every practice and game I’ve ever played in since I was a child. But TEAM #13 has always been there for me and I’ll be forever grateful.
When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?
When I’m not preparing for football, I love hanging out with my friends, trying food , and fishing!
What is your favorite play to run?
My favorite play to run is a flood concept.
Is a hot dog a sandwich? If not, then why?

Best thing you ever got from a teammate? Why?
The best thing I ever got from a teammate was helpful advice. But I’ve also been given fishing permission to his grandmothers pond where I catch big fish.

Chicken Wing.
What is your favorite vacation destination?
Any Beach
Do you remember what the first football game you saw was?
The first football I saw was a Penn State game.
