Coach Says: Dylan is explosive and looking to have a breakout season on both sides of the ball. Dylan was the ultimate team player last season playing on the OL for us and helping solidify the OL. He has worked hard in the offseason and is gaining some interest in some big schools.

Why do you play football?

I play football because I truly love the game and it’s a sport where I can be myself.

Who is your favorite sports star and WHY?

My favorite sports star would have to be Whit Weeks from LSU. He’s just an old school type of linebacker I love to watch on Saturdays

Do you have a favorite play you remember the most? Explain:

My favorite play was a third down sack my sophomore year against Dunmore in the district championship game. It was a huge game in front of a home crowd. I had always dreamed of playing in a district championship growing up. In grade school I watched Lakeland win those big games, so making that play was a full circle moment from watching to making that game changing play.

What was last years season like for you?

Last year’s season was incredible. Coming off a tough 2024 season only winning 3 games to being district champs was awesome.

What are your goals for this coming season?

This season as a team is to win the district is a must. But we want more than that. A good state playoff run would be my personal goal for the team. As a player I want to do whatever it takes to get my team to a state championship.

Who is the best player you ever lined up against?

The best player I have ever lined up against was Terrance Smith who played for Lansdale Catholic in the state playoffs. It drove me this offseason to get bigger and faster.

What game, yours, college or pro, was your favorite game you watched and why?

Favorite game I have ever watched was Super Bowl 52 when the Eagles with back up QB Nick Foles beat Tom Brady and the Patriots . It was a true Cinderella story and my favorite team is the Eagles

Describe what the perfect teammate is

A perfect teammate is someone who knows nobody is perfect.

Tell everyone why you think football is good for a community

Football is great for a community. It brings alumni who played before, parents and younger kids all together to support a team and it makes very strong community bonds.

Name one thing that you’d love to do in football that may never happen?

Play with my seniors from last year again. Gonna really miss those guys.

Who is your mentor, the person you want to be like? WHY?

I want to be like my father because he drives me to work hard and I want to have as much work ethic as him.

Preseason Two a Days are:

A way to get better

When you aren’t playing, practicing or training for sports, what is your go to activity and why?

When I’m not training I’m fishing. Fishing is my absolute favorite way to get out and take a break from everything else.

What is your favorite play to run?

Any Blitz

Best pizza topping?

Deer meat

What is your favorite vacation destination?

The beach

Do you remember what the first football game you saw was?

The first football game I remember watching was Patriots versus Seahawks in Super Bowl 49
